Recently, due to work reasons, I have irregular eating habits and often work late into the night, leading to body heat. My mouth corners are ulcerated, my tongue is painful, and even speaking is painful. Medication hasn’t helped much. Is the oral ulcer related to Hand, Foot, and Mouth Disease?
