Question

How do I deal with a groin hernia?

Answer

A groin hernia refers to the protrusion of abdominal viscera through a groin defect, commonly known as a “hernia.” Its basic symptoms include an invertible lump in the groin area, starting from a small lump. It appears only when the patient is standing, working, walking, running, coughing, or crying. The swelling can recover spontaneously when lying down or by pressing with the hand. Generally, there is no special discomfort except for occasional regional pain and discomfort. As the disease progresses, the lump from the groin to the scrotum will gradually increase, making walking difficult and affecting labor.
