Question

My baby is six years old now, but I feel he is still very mischievous and very active. Sometimes he even does some extreme things. We went to the hospital and they said this condition is pediatric ADHD. I want to know if it will get better on its own without treatment?

Answer

ADHD is a common mental disorder in children. These children usually have normal intelligence, but they have difficulty concentrating, are overly active, impulsive, and lack self-control, which can affect their learning. Medical treatment must be provided for children with ADHD, but medication cannot replace education. Medication can provide a good educational environment, but its effects and side effects should be understood correctly. Wishing you health!
