Question

What are the diagnostic methods for childhood obesity? We have tested our blood and found no issues, so what other diagnostic methods are there?

Answer

Childhood simple obesity is a nutritional disorder caused by long-term excessive energy intake over human consumption, leading to excessive accumulation of body fat and weight exceeding a certain range. Obesity is defined as two standard deviations above the average weight of healthy children of the same age, or if the weight exceeds 20% more than the average weight of children of the same gender and height, or exceeds the average weight of children of the same gender. Generally speaking, height and weight should be measured to diagnose obesity, and one should know the actual age of the infant.
