Question
My child is 2 years old and loves to be active. He plays non-stop when he’s not resting. He enjoys playing with older children, running around and making noise. However, by the time he goes to bed and around 3 AM in the middle of the night, he often wakes up crying and saying things about arguments. Could you experts help me out? Please tell me what the cause might be. Thank you.
Answer
It’s usually because they had a lot of fun during the day or experienced something unforgettable. These experiences are often reflected in their dreams, resulting in loud shouts. It could be that the child is lacking in vitamins, such as calcium which can cause grinding of the teeth. Additionally, children may be sensitive to certain things and develop fear, leading to a dislike of sleep. It’s also possible that it’s caused by a calcium deficiency. I suggest you go to the hospital to check for trace elements to see what’s going on.
