Question

Currently, my child is not eating solid food and is mainly consuming kidney milk. I wonder if we can switch to a different type of milk, as it might complement the nutrition. How should this issue be addressed? Thank you! (The child’s physical condition is still good.)

Answer

As children grow, they still cannot provide enough nutrition to support the necessary nutrients for physical development. I suggest gradually adding food supplements. When preparing complementary foods for your child, you should understand their dietary habits and try to change their eating habits. Children are typically new and tired. If your child is not eating even other complementary foods (such as eggs, rice flour, jam, etc.), it may be because the methods and timing were not mastered when starting to add complementary foods. It is also recommended to take your child to the hospital for a trace element check to see if there are other areas to follow up on and create a meal plan. I can try it in my own way.
