My son has been throwing up after eating and has severe diarrhea. I thought he must have eaten something dirty, so I gave him diarrhea medicine and have been feeding him porridge every day. However, he’s still having diarrhea. I’m a bit suspicious that he might have been infected with some bacteria and want to get checked. How should pediatric diarrhea be scientifically checked?
