Question
Does more sunlight exposure help calcium absorption, and is it only effective outdoors? With the cold weather now, my indoor lighting is particularly good. Can it be effective indoors?
Answer
Hello. If the indoor space allows direct sunlight, then it is no different from outdoor sun exposure; however, if there is glass in the room, the effect of sunbathing through the glass is definitely not good, and it is not conducive to calcium absorption. In fact, as the weather gradually warms up and when the weather permits, you can take your baby outdoors to enjoy sunlight more often. This not only benefits calcium absorption but also allows your baby to breathe in fresh air. Whether it’s indoors or outdoors, direct sunlight is what matters most.
