Neonatal pneumonia should be treated symptomatically. Oxygen should be administered when there is rapid breathing and cyanosis appears. Pay attention to intermittent oxygen administration. For metabolic acidosis, slowly inject medication to control it, and repeat if necessary. Correct acidosis in a timely manner. In cases where the baby’s course exceeds 2 days, antibiotics can be used to prevent secondary infection.
