My baby has a bit of yellowish color on his forehead and around his eyes since birth. The doctor said it’s jaundice. What discomforts can jaundice cause in babies?

Jaundice comes in different types, including hepatocellular jaundice, obstructive jaundice, and hemolytic jaundice. For babies, jaundice can be either physiological or pathological. Regardless of the type, jaundice itself does not necessarily cause discomfort in babies.
