Question

I was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin’s T-cell lymphoma seven years ago. In June this year, I gave birth to a daughter, and now there is a lymph node enlargement in the chin area. Is it a relapse?

Answer

If it is benign, surgery can be performed, and no chemotherapy is needed after the operation. If it is suspected to be lymphoma, further examination is required to determine whether it is a benign or malignant tumor. For benign tumors, timely surgery can lead to a cure in the later stage. If it is a malignant tumor, targeted radiotherapy and chemotherapy after surgery should be considered.
